You acknowledge that by your download the ownership of the template and/or video course/workshop does not get transferred to You and You must not claim that it is yours. Your license is non-transferable, which means that You are not allowed to sell, rent, give, or transfer the template or the right to use the template to anyone else. The work You create with the template must be used either by yourself or by your client.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tall Design Guy, LLC and its employees against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement, the use of this site and the use or the inability of use of any template, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of a template, or any claim by a third party related to the use of an photograph.

We offer no warranty, explicit or implied, regarding any templates, the website, the accuracy of any information, or any rights or licenses under this agreement including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Tall Design Guy, LLC does not represent or warrant that the website or the website templates and/or video courses and workshops will meet your requirements or that their use will be uninterrupted or error free.
Tall Design Guy, LLC shall not be liable to you or to any other person or entity for any general, punitive, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, or lost profits or any other damages, costs or losses arising out of your use of the website, templates or video courses/workshops.
Photograph Copyright
Photos used in templates or video courses/workshops are demonstration images only and ARE NOT included with template or video courses/workshop purchases. Our Affinity Publisher, Adobe InDesign and video courses/workshops do not come packaged with any copyrighted photos. The photos used in the mockups or lesson files are purely for demonstration purposes, and are used to give the visitor a preview of what the template will look like once content has been added. You are responsible for adding YOUR OWN images.

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a link for your digital download. You should expect the links within 24 hours of your purchase. If you do not receive your link within 24 hours check your spam and or junk mail folder for an email from us. If it’s still not there, contact us and we’ll re-send them. Product download links are available for 72 hours only.
Refund Policy Digital Products
Due to the nature of our digital products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept any returns or offer any refunds. You acknowledge that all products on talldesignguy.com are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances. Should an issue arise please contact us via email.

Please back up any templates or video classes/workshops that you have downloaded from the links we send to you. We cannot guarantee that the exact templates or courses will be available in the future, as we continue to grow our template and course offerings.
If you have purchased a template or video class/workshop, we will resend the links for download for free ONLY if you are able to verify your purchase. You will need to provide us with your receipt via email (PayPal receipt, credit card receipt, etc). Otherwise, you will need to provide us with the following information: month and year of purchase, email address used for payment, first and last name of buyer and the invoice ID #.
If you cannot provide your proof of purchase information listed above, we WILL NOT resend the link for download.

Banner Material and Inclement Weather
Our banner material is available in either 13 oz., 15 oz., or 18 oz. vinyl scrim. They are outdoor safe. The heavier the material the more durable they are. 18 oz. vinyl scrim is the only weight that is approved for double sided printing.

However, prolonged exposure to inclement weather have an adverse effect on the longevity of the product. Tall Design Guy LLC is not responsible
for banner replacements due to weather damage or standard wear and tear.

Customer Supplied Incorrect Address
When an order is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting their order with the proper address, Tall Design Guy LLC is not held liable for the error. Upon being contacted, we will reissue the order, however, additional production and shipping fees will apply.

Color Proofing
Colors appear differently on screen than they do as a physical printed product. Monitors display RGB (Red Green Blue)
color space while print production is in the CMYK (Cyan Magenta Yellow Black)
color space. Colors will appear slightly different on the actual product than they do on screen.
Production Errors
In the event a printing error has occurred, we will request a photograph to be sent to us of the error to determine if it is an error in production or an error in the placement of your order. An email address for the photograph will be provided at that time. Upon review of the product in question, if we determine a resolution to the error.

Order Cancellation
Tall Design Guy LLC will be happy to help you cancel your order PRIOR
to printing. Only those orders that have not been printed or where the printing process has not yet started will be considered for cancellation. Tall Design Guy LLC is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our website due to the Customer error.
